Brad Parker has extensive jury and bench trial experience in both civil and criminal cases. He has served as an arbitrator in personal injury and medical malpractice matters and taught law related subjects for several years as an adjunct professor at Westminster College. He has lectured around the state on the subject of medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.

Prior to joining Parker & McConkie, Mr. McConkie served in the United States Attorney's Office as an Assistant United States Attorney, prosecuting federal felony cases. In 1978, Mr. McConkie was nominated and ran as the Democratic candidate for the office of Utah Attorney General. He has served on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Evidence and on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Improving the Jury System. Mr. McConkie has been an adjunct professor at Westminster College, teaching constitutional law. Mr. McConkie has extensive jury trial experience.
